1.1. The trademark MILK2MOUTHS is owned by Deimante Statinyte, who operates under a sole proprietorship in accordance with Certificate No. 1155916. The registered office is located at Titnago St. 7, LT-02300 Vilnius, Lithuania.

1.2. The store is hosted on Wix.com Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to safely sell our products and services to you.

1.3. MILK2MOUTHS sells its original products only on its official website Milk2mouths.com and its own social networks Instagram and Facebook.

2. DEFINITIONS

Let’s take a brief look at the important terms.

ONLINE STORE:

It is the website Milk2mouths.com.

PRODUCT:

Goods and services sold in the Online Store.

CUSTOMER:

A person or company who purchases the Products from the Online Store.

BUSINESS DAY:

A day when banks in the territory of the Customer are open for business. It's other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

ORDER:

The Customer's order for the Products, as set out in the Customer's purchase order form.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL:

lt is a transactional email informing the Customer that we have received and started processing the Customer's Order. The Order Confirmation Emails contain important transaction details, such as a delivery address, items purchased, the amount paid, etc.

3. ONLINE STORE TERMS

This Online Store is our digital milk home and your visit is a great joy for us.

When you use this Online Store and place Orders through it, we understand that you agree in good faith to:

3.1. Use this Online Store to make legally valid enquiries and Orders only.

3.2. Not to make any false or fraudulent Orders. If an Order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the pertinent authorities.

3.3. Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly.

3.4. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you if necessary (please see the Privacy Policy).

3.5. If you cannot provide us with all the information we need, unfortunately, you will not be able to place an Order.

3.6. By placing an Order on this Online Store, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally eligible to enter into contracts.

3.7. These conditions may be modified. Please read them carefully before placing your Order.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

4.1. Our Products are available only through this Online Store. These Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

4.2. We guarantee that all our Products are made of high quality materials. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products that appear in the Online Store as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see may varydepending on quality of the Customer's PC monitor.

4.3. We make every effort to make our Products available for buying through our Online Store. However, we reserve the right to limit the quantities or remove any Product from this Online Store at any time. Of course, this is done only with good reason.

4.4. The descriptions of Products, materials of Products, or Product pricing may be changed at any time without notice.

Please stay calm, we will explain.

If these changes (mentioned in clause 4.4.) are made:

4.4.1. after you received the Order Confirmation email, we will inform you about the changes before the Product is shipped. You may cancel the Order and get a refund.

4.4.2. after the Product was shipped, you can return the Product in accordance with our Return Policy.

4.5. Although we will always do everything possible to process all Orders, in exceptional circumstances we may be forced to refuse processing an Order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We hope you will understand that we must reserve this right to do so at any time.

4.6. We make every effort for all our Products to be made of the best quality materials to give you the best experience. However, we cannot guarantee that our Products, services, and information will meet all your expectations.

4.7. We always try to do our best. Just remember that you can always return the Product in accordance with our Return Policy. If you are unsure about the sizing before buying, email us at hello@milk2mouths.com.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

​

5.1. Payments can be made securely using the major credit and debit cards or using PayPal.

5.2. Please remember that we do not store Customer’s credit card details within our website database. In order to take your payment we can transfer you to our Credit Card processing service provided by PayPal.

5.3. The order is accepted for processing after payment is approved.

6. ORDER PROCESS & CANCELLATION

6.1. The Customer will receive the Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received the Order.

6.2. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/dispatch has begun (please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@milk2mouths.com). If the Order has already been dispatched, please read the terms of the Return Policy.

6.3. Once the Order has been cancelled, any sum debited from the Customer's payment card by us will be re-credited to the Customer's account. If cancellation was done after the dispatch of Products, please read the terms of the Return Policy.

6.4. By the way, on weekends we rest. We appreciate your understanding that Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will start to be proceed the following Monday.

7. SHIPPING POLICY

7.1 All Products are shipped from Lithuania (EU) and delivered worldwide.

7.2 Shipping costs and delivery times:

7.2.1 Free shipping is available for orders over €150 in Europe. Delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

7.2.2 Standard international shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

7.2.3 Express shipping starts from €50, depending on the location. Delivery takes 3–5 business days. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

7.3 We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for courier-related delays (e.g., customs clearance). Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.

7.4 Any import taxes or duties incurred for shipments to international addresses are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by MILK2MOUTHS.

8. DUTIES & TAXES

​

8.1. All prices of Products on this Online Store include VAT taxes.

8.2. All Products are shipped from Lithuania (EU).

8.3. Import duties and local taxes may be incurred in some countries and they are not included in the Product price. The Customer or a recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties.

8.4. To be sure, you can always check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

9. RETURN POLICY

​

9.1. We want our Customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by filling out this RETURN FORM within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

9.2. The products should be returned with all labels and factory packaging.

9.3. If you have bought the shoes we ask you to pay attention to the shoe sole. It is very important not to damage the shoe sole and not leave marks on it (it would complicate the return procedure and not guarantee the refund). The shoes are best tried on a carpet or soft surface at home.​

9.4. The Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless there is a manufacturing defect in your purchased product).​

9.5. When the parcel arrives, we will inform the Customer by sending a confirmation email. We will make a refund to your bank account within 3–5 business days. ​​

9.6. If the product returns damaged or with defects and fails to meet the indicated requirements, unfortunately, we have to send it back to the Customer without refunding them.​

9.7. Please note that all sample sale sales are final and we cannot accept the return or exchange of pairs purchased during the online sample sale.
